New England Presenters invites all members to join us to celebrate the historic merger with Arts Presenters of Northern New England.  We look forward to gathering in person to  connect with the combined membership, discuss the state of presenting in New England, and share opportunities for block booking.

We'll gather at the beautiful new Prior Performing Arts Center at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.


10:00 - 10:15Coffee and Networking

10:15 – 10:30Introductions

10:30 – 11:15What are you excited about this season? Three presenters will share a few work samples and highlights of select projects they are presenting this season, after which all participants will have an opportunity to share about the artist or project that excites them the most right now.

11:15 – 12:00Business Meeting – including new board members and leadership, and updates on the latest with the merger and strategic planning.

12:00 – 12:45Lunch – gather with colleagues for informal conversation or join a facilitated breakout group.

12:45 – 2:15New Ways of Supporting & Presenting Artists – We all know the presenting field has been changing and the impact of the pandemic is still rippling through our field. How are presenters and artists adapting? What are new presenting models? How do we have strategic conversations with artists, audiences, funders, and ourselves? A panel of colleagues will share their thoughts and engage with members on these questions and more as we face this moment with creativity.

  • Initial registration fee is $30.
  • Members may add guests from within their organizations for the special guest price of $15 per person. Guests must be added at the time of registration for the special guest price to apply.
